The Beatles – Pops Alive: 1964 UK 11″ x 8.5″ concert programme for Brian Epstein’s ‘Pops Alive’ at the Prince Of Wales Theatre, where The Beatles performed on Sunday May 31st as part of the showcase. The programme itself shows the band being top of a bill that included Cliff Bennett & The Rebel Rousers, The Vernon Girls, Kenny Lynch, The Chants & The Lorne Gibson Trio. This ultra rare original piece of Beatles memorabilia appears in Very Good condition, with all pages secure & no writing. There is some minor edge fading & the two tone hues of the cover still pop. This collector’s copy bears a little mild creasing & age discolouring as expected, & given the mania surrounding the group at the time, it’s a miracle it survived at all! £295
Pink Floyd – The Pink Floyd: Extremely rare original 1974 UK 16-page comic book style tour programme with a superb colour cover. This copy is in an amazing condition with just a few signs of age, as you would expect from an item of this age, this copy also comes with an original ticket stub for a show at the Empire Pool, Wembley in London. This would make a magnificent addition to any self-respecting Pink Floyd collection. £225
Bert Cartwright – The Bible In The Lyrics Of Bob Dylan: Incredibly rare & legendary 1992 US second edition expanded 160 page softback book, highlighting the biblical references in Bob Dylan’s songs, written & privately published by theologian Bert Cartwright. With first editions now reaching in excess of £1500 & this second edition going for about half that, this represents a real bargain. The book itself is in fine, near ‘as new’ condition & would not be bettered by any other copy.If the first edition [running to only 66 pages] is out of your price range, then this is the one to pick up! £295
