Original pressed jazz rarities… Impossibly Rare Pair Of Single-Sided Test Pressings for the 1955 UK 7-track Mono LP, a drummer led Bop winner of the highest order with the great Dexter Gordon [tenor sax], Lou Levy [piano], Frank Rosolino[trombone], Conte Condoli [trumpet] & Leroy Vinnegar [bass]. CLIFFORD BROWN Memorial Album: 1956 US first press 10-track Deep Groove Mono vinyl LP on the ‘Lexington Ave’ address Blue Note label, with no ‘r’ in ‘Note’ & the ‘ear’ & ‘RVG’ etchings in both run-outs. This is one of the holy grails of Blue Note collecting. Don’t waste your time trying to find a mint one (they don’t exist!), buy a cheaper alternative & marvel at the sound quality. This beats any CD version hands down & the disc has been professionally cleaned & play graded. More info here
