Soundgarden are set to reissue a remixed and expanded edition of the 1988 album ‘Ultramega OK’
It’s reported that the band were always unhappy with finished product and shortly after the original release in 1988 took it upon themselves to remix it, reasons why this project was abandoned are not clear, but now thirty years later jack Endino has created a fresh mix from those abandoned multi-tracks. The vinyl and CD reissues will also include bonus material – it’s out 10th March.
