KATE BUSH Acetate: Mega Rare Circa 1979 US double sided metal based ultra high-grade methyl cellulose lacquer 12″ acetate, featuring six tracks in total. Side One: James And The Cold Gun/ Babooshka/ Them Heavy People – Side Two: L’Amour LooksSomething Like You/ Don’t Push Your Foot On The Heartbrake/ Un Baiser D’Enfant (The Infant Kiss). There are no labels or any annotations to identify the dates of the recordings, although they appear to be from Live At Hammersmith/ On Stage. This unique one-off disc is housed in a die-cut Transco sleeve, US manufacturers of master recording blanks. The acetate shows only some light surface wear as expected & plays through superbly & without fault. A one of its kind item, more info hereTHE SMITHS Hatful Of Hollow: A very rare 1984 UK 21″ x 14″ unfolded promotional-only poster for the album release which includes the text ‘latest album’ under Hatful Of Hollow, almost all others state ‘new release’. Includes the iconic ‘cover star’ photograph of the otherwise unknown Fabrice Colette taken by Gilles Decroix, plus band logo and album information. This uber-rare Smiths collectable has never been displayed and shows just some very light creasing to one edge – hard to believe it’s over 30 years old! More info hereTIN MACHINE With DAVID BOWIE The Tin Machine Call-In Show: Rare US Westwood One Double vinyl LP radio show, featuring a short interview with David Bowie along with a live recordings from one the shows on the ‘Tin Machine Tour’ at La Cigale inParis from June 25th 1989. Featuring eight recordings including Amazing, Heaven’s In Here, Working Class Hero, Maggie’s Farm (this live recording of the Bob Dylan song was actually released as a single) and more. First broadcast the week of 27th September 1989 and includes the original cue sheet. This show, strangely enough was also aired a couple of days earlier, the cue sheets actually list no songs, more info here
