CANNONBALL ADDERLEY with MILT JACKSON Things Are Getting Better: Rare 1959 UK 7-track mono LP on the white ‘reel & mic’ label with hand inscribed matrices in the run-outs, recorded in NYC on October 28th 1958 with Wynton Kelly, Percy Heath & Art Blakey, a lineup you can hardly go wrong with! The front laminated flipback sleeve is a beautiful example grading Excellent with just light signs of age wear. The heavyweight vinyl is a smoking hot press with flat edges before the run-ins,the disc grades Excellent likewise with mild evidence of play only. A very nice copy of this hard to find UK release & a truly classic album – more info here

JOHN COLTRANE Trane’s Reign: Early 80s French repackaging of the 1961 4-track LP, Settin’ The Pace, recorded by Rudy Van Gelder for Prestige with backing from Red Garland, Paul Chambers & Art Taylor. The picture sleeve shows just a little faint wear & the vinyl is Excellent with minimal sign of play – more info here
