Dead Or Alive – Sophisticated Boom Box MMXVI 19-CD Box Set Out This Week

Somewhat untimely, or perhaps not you might argue, but out this Friday is Sophisticated Boom Box MMXVI a giant career-spanning 19-disc box set.

Pete Burns and Steve Coy curated the set which includes eight albums, three of which have never been issued in the UK until now: Fan The Flames Part I, Nukleopatra and Fragile.

The first four albums issued in the 1980s all feature here as two-CD sets, although Youthquake is a three-CD set.

A plethora of rare tracks, live recordings, alternate mixes and instrumental versions this is a must for any collector, but also a great set to celebrate the eccentric, captivating and ever entertaining Pete Burns.
