(2LP), Absolutely Free, We’re Only In It For The Money, Lumpy Gravy & Cruising With Ruben & The Jets – originally released between 1966 & 1968, complete with a Mystery Disc LP of 1962-69 recordings covering the early stages of Zappa’s career. The original master tapes were fought for in a long legal battle but found to be in a less than desirable state when released from MGM’s vault, & so each album received a “digitally re-tweezed” overhaul at the mixing stage by Zappa in his Utility Muffin Research Kitchen home studio [Only In It For The Money & Cruising feature new backing tracks]. This set was extremely well received by the fans. Each album comes with a high quality semi-reproduction of the original LP artwork [Sgt Pepper parody insert with Only In It For The Money & dance instructions/How To Comb & Set A Jellyroll inserts with Cruising], complete with a 27 page booklet, 18 pages of illustrated inserts & the Barfko Swill mail card, all housed in a 12″ square, 2″ deep embossed box with brushed aluminium effect, more info hereTHE BEATLES CD Singles Collection: Rare 1988 UK limited edition gold embossed black box containing twenty two 3″ CD singles, individually housed in gatefold card picture sleeves, with a gatefold insert featuring tracklisting with release dates, recording dates and UK chart positions.
