Britain will get a personal insight into the life of Elvis Presley, the King of Rock-and-roll, in a new exhibition
It has been over 35 years since he died, but for those with Elvis Presley still on their minds there is now another way to get close to ‘The King’.
At London’s O2, they are launching what’s thought to be the largest retrospective of the famed American performer ever mounted in Europe.
It includes over 300 artefacts from the Presley family’s Graceland Archives, some of which has never been exhibited outside of Memphis.
There is stage costumes, auto mobiles and even this pool table which Elvis once played on with The Beatles.
The exhibition couldn’t have come at a better time, 8 January 2015 marks Presley’s eightieth birthday – further proof of his enduring popularity and fame.
