Green Day are rehearsing their 1994 album ‘Dookie’ in its entirety, prompting speculation they’re about to embark on a 25th anniversary tour next year.
The trio’s third studio album, which spawned singles including ‘Basket Case’ and ‘Welcome To Paradise’, celebrates its quarter-century landmark on 1st February 2019.
Taking to Instagram last night (26th July), drummer Tré Cool – real name Frank Edwin Wright III – posted a photo of himself, Billie Joe Armstrong and Mike Dirnt in rehearsals.
Captioning it “Fun band practice – swipe to see the set list we played today …—>”, when fans swiped right it revealed the track-listing for Dookie in its unadulterated entirety.

Produced by Rob Cavallo, ‘Dookie’ is widely regarded as a landmark pop punk album and has sold more than 20million units across the globe including 1million in the UK and a whopping 10million Green Day’s native United States.
It’s their best-selling record ahead of 2004’s ‘American Idiot’, which has sold an estimated 14million copies globally.
