ART BLAKEY & THE JAZZ MESSENGERS Roots And Herbs: 2020 ‘Blue Note Tone Poet Series’ issue 6-track LP, originally recorded in 1961 but not released until ’69, starring a first-rate Jazz Messengers line-up; Lee Morgan [trumpet], Wayne Shorter [saxophone], Jymie Merritt [bass] & Bobby Timmons & Walter Davis Jr. alternating on piano. presented in a glorious gatefold picture sleeve reproducing the original sleeve artwork. Both sleeve and vinyl remain in near mint condition).
MILES DAVIS Miles Smiles: 2019 Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab 6-track stereo 2-LP, mastered by Krieg Wunderlich at MFSL on the Gain 2 Ultra Analog System, specially plated and pressed on 180gram High Definition Vinyl at <B>45RPM</B>. Deluxe heavyweight gatefold picture sleeve reproducing the original album art, individually numbered on the back, with static- and dust-free inner sleeves. Starring Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter and Tony Williams – the ultimate analogue experience of this legendary quintet performance. Other than a small corner bump the sleeve shows little sign of wear with the vinyl remaining in near mint condition).
BILL EVANS Some Other Time: The Lost Session From The Black Forest: Deluxe Edition 9-track double album 2-LP pressed on 200-gram HD Vinyl at 45RPM, mastered by René Laflamme at 2xHD on Nagra equipment with vacuum tube tape head, cut allanalogue at Bernie Grundman Mastering. Recorded at MPS Studios in Villingen, Germany on June 20th, 1968, with Eddie Gomez and Jack DeJohnette. Gatefold picture sleeve, factory sealed. Sublime!)
