Features soughtafter performances of famous violin sonatas [Mozart, Beethoven, Debussy, Franck, Poulenc] plus the great violin works of Wieniawski, Vitali, Ravel, Dvorak, Massenet etc, recorded in Sep-1981 at Zama Shimin Hall, Japan with Jacques Genty on piano. Comes housed in a unique & lavish 12″ picture box complete with booklet & gold obi-strip. The packaging shows only minor signs of its age and the vinyl shows only a few light signs of play. This is one of the first five hundred copies released, and includes an individually numbered and autographed card insert, signed by Lola Bobesco, with this copy numbered 309.
