The 1975 confirm details of new album, Notes On a Conditional Form

After several date changed and set backs, The 1975 have confirmed details of their forthcoming fourth album, Notes On a Condition Form.

It is due for release on May 22nd through Dirty Hit and will feature 22-tracks including the singles People, Frail State of Mind, and Me + You Together Song. Vocalist Matt Healey revealed the artwork and tracklisting through posts on his Instagram account which can be seen below.
