Watch Code Orange Perform Record Release Show in an Empty Venue

With the current COVID-19 pandemic causing havoc across the globe, many live music and sporting events have been cancelled or postponed due to restrictions and banning of large gatherings during this time. Pittsburgh metal band, Code Orange, suffered the same fate over the weekend when they were due to play a record release show for their monolithic fourth album, Undernearth.

Never a band to be held down, Code Orange chose to play an hour long set to an empty venue, and streamed the entire show for free on Twitch. The band took to the stage at the Roxian Theatre in Pittsburgh, PA on March 14th and performed as if they were playing to the largest crowd in the world, combining haunting visuals alongside their unrelenting music. This allowed fans around the world to experience new tracks such as Sulfer Surrounding, Swallowing The Rabbit Whole, and In Fear alongside older favourites including Bleeding In The Blur, I Am King and Forever.

A full replay of the the show can be seen below, and Underneath is available now through Roadrunner Records.
