Spike Jones unveils first trailer for upcoming Beastie Boys documentary

Spike Jones has unveiled the first trailer for his upcoming documentary on New York hip hop/alt icons, Beastie Boys.

Title Beastie Boys Story, it chronicles a theatrical show put on in 2019 by the two remaining members of Beastie Boys, Adam“Ad-Rock” Horovitz and Michael “Mike D” Diamond. It will include archival footage of the band, which includes Adam “MCA” Yauch who sadly passed away in 2012.

The documentary will premiere at South by Southwest in March, and arrive on Apple TV+ in April.
