STEVEN WILSON The Raven That Refused To Sing (And Other Stories) (2013 UK Deluxe edition 2-CD/DVD & Blu-Ray box set, third solo album by the British musician with Guthrie Govan, Marco Minnemann, Nick Beggs and Adam Holzman,with guests Jakko Jakszyk and Alan Parsons who also co-produced the album with Mr Wilson. This fantastic set is within an 128 page hardback illustrated book containing lyrics and ghost stories, the bonus Compact Disc featuring demos is exclusive to this boxset. Although not sealed, this example remains in a ‘near as new condition)
JIMI HENDRIX Band Of Gypsys (1970 first UK issue 6-track stereo LP on the black & silver Track label, housed in the withdrawn matt ‘puppet’ sleeve with pinched spine. The earliest copies of Band of Gypsys depicted puppets of Hendrix, Brian Jones, Bob Dylan & English DJ John Peel, found here. Reportedly Peel complained & the cover was withdrawn & replaced with a live photo of Hendrix! See ‘More Info’ for condition details…).
DEEP PURPLE In Rock (Rare [in this condition!] 1970 first UK issue 7-track stereo LP, with ‘Gramophone Co’ label text with no EMI logo, front laminated gatefold picture sleeve complete with company catalogue inner. This is a stunning one previousowner copy. Both the sleeve & vinyl are Near Mint. The laminate reveals minimal signs of ageing & the vinyl has a deep sheen both sides with no blemishes to the wax, perhaps played just once or twice in its life. Recommended SHVL777).
