SMASHING PUMPKINS Cherub Rock – Fully Autographed 1993 UK 3-track CD single, also including Pissant & French Movie Theme. This copy has been signed by the original line-up of Billy Corgan, James Iha, D’arcy Wretzky & Jimmy Chamberlin. Billy has taken up the whole of the front inlay in black marker & you get his full surname in view without a date, which is rare. Jimmy has signed his initials in the same pen on the back of the front inlay. The non-playing side of the disc bears the signatures of James in bright green & D’Arcy in black, all elegant autographs & unhurried, perfect for the keen collector.
PROTEST THE HERO Volition – Rare 2013 Canadian limited edition 11-track double LP released exclusively via the band’s Crowd Sourcing page, pressed on Translucent Orange Vinyl, including the singles Clarity and A Life Embossed. The vinyl appears barely played and comes complete with the picture / lyric inners, housed within the gatefold picture sleeve which has been AUTOGRAPHED in silver marker pen by Luke Hoskin, Tim Millar, Arif Miradolbaghi and Rody Walker.
ROGER WHITTAKER The Roger Whittaker Album – Autographed 1981 UK 16-track compilation LP, includes Durham Town, Dirty Old Town and The Last Farewell. The glossy picture sleeve has been dedicated and boldly signed ‘To Tony & Wendy, all thebest Roger’ on the front in a black marker pen. But that is not all, this example also includes a copy of Issue One of the Roger Whittaker International Fan Club Magazine.
THE FLAMING LIPS Waking Up With A Placebo Headwound – Rare limited edition 2004 UK AUTOGRAPHED 184-page 11½” x 9½” hardback book featuring images of the Flaming Lips from the archives of Jay Blakesberg and J. Michelle Martin-Coyne from 1987-2004. The book, edited by Jaan Uhelszki, features a foreword by Wayne Coyne, plus essays by Michael Ivins, Steven Drozd, Rick Gershon, Scott Booker, J. Michelle Martin-Coyne and Jay Blakesberg, along with 375 superb photographs. The book has been signed by The Flaming Lips – Wayne Coyne, Michael Ivins & Steven Drozd plus both photographers. This very limited coffee-table book is housed in a handmade picture box [which has just a very small nick near the spine] and is hand numbered 637 out of 1500 copies.
CLIFF RICHARD & THE SHADOWS Cliff Richard & The Shadows – Wonderful 1963 UK sixteen page tour programme issued around the time of ‘Summer Holiday’. As is usual with tour programmes for this period, inside you will find photographs and biographies of the other artists on the bill, which in this case were The Trebletones, Frank Berry, Alan Randall, The Vernons Girls & Patsy Ann Noble. Apart from one small nick to the edge of the front cover, this programme remains in superb condition& free from material creasing with nice sharp corners. There is a little bit of writing inside, however, because the legend that is Cliff has actually AUTOGRAPHED his portrait inside. A fantastic piece of history in superb condition!).
SYD ARTHUR Apricity – Rare 2016 UK AUTOGRAPHED limited edition 10-track LP pressed on ORANGE VINYL which features violinist Raven Bush [Kate Bush’s nephew], including Sun Rays and No Peace. Housed in a picture sleeve with lyric inner. The front of the sleeve has been signed by four band members in black marker pen.
