Rare promotional Incubus snowboard now in stock

Incubus have been a mainstay in alternative rock for over 25 years, with 8 full-lengths under their belt and more hit singles than one can remember. While many of their peers and contemporaries floundered and struggled to keep up with different genres once funk-metal and nu-metal seemed to die off, Incubus constantly evolved.

While they reached their commercial peak with Morning View in 2001, it was their second album, 1999’s Make Yourself that arguably changed the trajectory of Incubus. From the soaring title track, the space rock glory of Pardon Me, to the laid back vibe of Drive, it become an album that defined a generation of coming-of-age music fans looking for something more than the angst ridden nu-metal that populated the airwaves.

In 2000, Incubus were part of the SnoCore US tour, aimed at combining alternative rock and winter sports, much like the Warped Tour had done with punk and skateboarding years before. During the tour a very limited number of custom designed Incubus snowboards were manufactured, and we have one in stock now.

The top side features a custom picture taken from the album artwork with two sets of 12 holes ready for the binding/straps to be attached, the base/underside also features a custom image of the mans face with moustache as seen on the S.C.I.E.N.C.E. album artwork. This board measures 64″/160cm long, 10″/26cm wide at the waist with a 30cm/12″ tail & nose width.

With Incubus’ stock seemingly just as high as it ever has been, and still selling out tours around the world, this is the perfect addition to any serious collection.
