Rare and collectable vinyl soundtracks now in stock

Nothing beats a strong, mood setting soundtrack to bring the best out of a movie. It could be a brooding, ominous score to a horror movie, an Ennio Morricone spaghetti western theme, or a synthwave science fiction score. No matter what the movie is, the soundtrack is key.

We see a few excellent soundtracks pass through our hands here, and below are just some of the latest arrivals. You can view our entire selection in our store now.

Looking For Johnny: 2014 UK limited edition 30-track double LP pressed on Translucent Red Heavyweight Vinyl, featuring the original soundtrack album to Danny Garcia’s ‘Looking For Johnny’ documentary, including a selection of rare and exclusive recordings. With extensive sleevenotes by Nina Antonia, the individually numbered gatefold picture sleeve retains its hype-stickered opened original shrinkwrap with both vinyl discs in ‘as new’ condition

Blue Collar: 1978 UK 12-track LP, featuring music from the movie staring Richard Pryor & Harvey Keitel, including ‘Hard Workin’ Man’ by Captain Beefheart & other tracks by Lynyrd Skynyrd, Ike & Tina Turner & Howlin’ Wolf amongst others, with arrangements by Jack Nitzsche, hype stickered picture sleeve. The sleeve shows only light signs of age/ shelfwear & the vinyl appears barely played and shows just the odd cosmetic surface scuff/ hairline.

Ennio Morricone – The Mission: 2013 UK 20-track LP reissue of the 1986 soundtrack to the film, with picture sleeve, and pressed on 180gram vinyl. Includes the classic theme performed by Morricone conducting the London Philharmonic Orchestra. This copy remains in its original open shrink wrap, and is in near ‘as new’ condition
