Why Is This Michael Jackson 7″ Vinyl Single Worth Over £1,000?

324265

We know this to be one of the rarest Michael Jackson 7″ singles in existence. We’ve not seen one for years, and this is by far the best condition copy we have laid eyes on in even more years since the last one came our way.

To be fair, it’s out of the price range of most collectors, so it’s only for the seriously deep pocketed collector or archivist. Nonetheless, you can still feast your eyes for free here at eil.com

Someone In The Dark:- Rare 1982 US MCA white label promotional only vinyl 7″, taken from the E.T movie soundtrack. Features the 4:58 mins Long Version with 20 second intro & 3.04 mins Short Version with 20 second intro. Label text states ‘Promotion Copy Not For Sale’ on both sides & the print is custom black on white with wide centre. Comes housed in a unique picture sleeve showing Michael with ET which is virtually near mint with only minor creasing due to the fragile paper stock used. The vinyl appears near mint. Yours for £1,250.
