Can you write about our Records, CDs and Music Memorabilia?

eil.com and sister company 991.com are looking now for someone to join our Product Team.
You will work alongside our team of professional product buyers and you will be responsible for describing and creatively writing about the Vinyl Records, CDs and items of Pop & Rock Memorabilia that you see live on our site right now.

You will be well versed in what makes an item collectable, have a broad knowledge of artists, bands and labels from the 1960s to the current day.  You will have the ability to identify the extraordinary from the ordinary. Your verbal and written language skills will be excellent and you will be able to type fast, be it two fingers or ten.
You could be adding up to a hundred different items each day, so you’ll need to be super organised and flexible and eagled eyed about detail. You will be working to targets but you will be handling some of the rarest collectables in the music marketplace.  Ideally you will be a collector yourself.

Your starting salary will be dependent on the knowledge you bring and will be performance based longer term. You will be working from our offices here in Meopham in Kent, five days per week from Monday to Saturday, served by good rail links including to Victoria, London. We are just 10 minutes from both Bluewater and the Ebbsfleet International Station. Our offices have free parking.
Our existing team will tell you that their job is an “extension of their hobby” so if this sounds like the perfect job for you, write or email and tell me why. Don’t forget the all important CV.
