Was This Swedish 1964 EP The Inspiration For The Beatles Sgt. Pepper’s LP?

The story is as follows; in 1963 an English exchange student (Roger Wallis) wrote the arrangements of the Beatles songs on the above EP, when the Beatles came to Sweden in July 1964 the band played at the airport, Roger personally gave a copy of the EP to Paul McCartney…..did this obscure little Swedish EP have some bearing on the Peter Blake design for the Beatles Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band? As Jörgen Johansson (the chap who is selling this record notes) we need Paul to confirm! So….some similarity or a decent ruse dreamt up to sell a record – you decide!
